A military style fitness assault course in September. Get ready for your challenge of the year!

 

Dan and the team at Shapes Gym are putting together a team to take part in Tough Mudder in September. The challenge is tough and demanding; it’s 10 to 12-mile long obstacle course designed around Military training, so you can understand where the ‘tough’ part comes from. If you’re looking for a real challenge to work towards then this is your one clear fitness goal for 2013.

Our Bootcamp training sessions, 8.30pm on Tuesdays and 10am on Sundays, will work you hard and ensure you’re ready to complete the challenge. If you’re feeling like a real challenge this year then get come along and have a great time with other individuals in the Shapes Gym team.
